How many days can I keep the container?

Every size comes with a seven-day window. If you need more time, just call or text before the scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.

Is a permit required in Reno?

Not when the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, the city of Reno requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the right office.

Is same-day delivery available?

In most cases, yes — call before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's schedule. Orders after 1pm go on the first route the following morning.

What materials are allowed in the container?

Household junk, furniture, renovation debris, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.

Where exactly will the container go?

Any spot our truck can safely access — your driveway, a side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which way you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.
